Intelligent Infrastructure Management (IIM) is an exciting new development in infrastructure management technology.
Every fibre port connection is continuously monitored, verified and logged in a central database so that whenever there is an unplanned change on a panel, the system can be configured to trigger notification via pager, email and even calling your phone.
