Electrastar Helps Clean up The Environment.

image16.gifimage17.gifElectrastar Ltd have been appointed the preferred cabling contractor for a new state of the art incinerator plant which has been built in Sheffield. Onyx's award winning district energy network provides heat and hot water to many of Sheffield's landmark buildings. Leisure Centres, homes, university buildings, shops and offices in the city all utilise the green energy network to provide an environmentally friendly heat source.

image18.gifimage19.jpgElectrastar are currently in the process of installing a new structured cabling, Fibre Optic and Voice infrastructure for the new site, which includes 350 Cat5e Data Outlets. Electrastar are pleased to be working on such an environmentally friendly project. Here are some interesting points of the existing system. The new system will of course supersede the existing site making it even more efficient than it is now.
